The new McDonogh 35 High School is a state of the art high school located on a 16 acre site in New Orleans, Louisiana. The facility contains over 800 tons of structural steel framing, including an auditorium with 115 foot clear span custom steel truss girders.

The Grove mixed use development in Windermere, FL consists of two 40,000 square foot buildings with composite second floor framing and conventional joist and deck roofs. Buildings 6 and 7 contain over 350 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel.
Lake Nona Town Center - The Beacon Orlando, Florida
Encircling the northeast corner of the Lake Nona Town Center parking garage is The Beacon. Standing at 60 feet tall, the icon is clad with nearly 1200 white aluminum "shingles" which serve as a canvas for nighttime video projections. The steel structure is fabricated out of 4" and 5" extra strong carbon steel pipe with multiple radii. The shape of The Beacon resembles the original stethoscope, a fitting sculpture for the "Medical City".
LA FITNESS (90 tons) Tampa, Florida
This 30,000 square foot fitness center is constructed with conventional joist and deck and 90 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel. The 20,000 square foot mezzanine boasts 300 linear feet of stainless steel fall protection railing. The front entry has a "crown" feature constructed with tube steel members and clad with perforated metal creating the LA Fitness trademark "Crown".
Laureate Park Community Center Orlando, Florida
This lakeside community center contains an exposed barrel vault roof with exposed steel framing. The radius in the roof is made possible with bow string joists clear spanning the steel frame. The facility opened in January of 2016 and features a local, fresh food dining experience for the Orlando area.

LA Fitness Pompano Beach is a 50,000 square foot fitness center. The tilt wall building has over 250 tons of structural steel, a 20,000 square foot mezzanine, 350 linear feet of stainless railing, and a tube steel crown feature.

Hyatt house downtown Atlanta is a multi story hotel in downtown Atlanta, GA. The structure contains dozens of moment connections and two stair towers each with metal pan stairs from first floor to the roof.
